Animal Kingdom

This morning, we got up early and were at Animal Kingdom when they opened at 8am.  I really enjoyed the park - so did the girls.  However, they were ready to pack it in pretty early today for naps.  They were/are still exhausted from yesterday.  We aren't sure how we're going to spend this afternoon - we'll either go swimming at the hotel then Epcot, or hit Hollywood Studios and then Epcot.  Stay tuned...

The best part of our day so far is that we went to the Lion King show - the girls were chose to be part of the show!  They directed us to special seating when we walked in the door, so we knew that they would be part of it somehow.  They got to shake maracas and dance with the cast.  So much fun to watch!!  I have a video on my camera, but it is 99MB - too big to put here!

Disneyworld - Day 1, Part 2

After naptime yesterday, we went back to "The Happiest Place on Earth".  Not too many pictures were taken as the girls were just plain exhausted.  However, they did get the chance to meet Cinderella, Belle and Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) as well as Mickey and Minnie and Princess Tiana.  All in all, a great day of fun!

DisneyWorld!

Meghan and I (Sarah) had the opportunity to join our friends Liz and Elise (also 4) at Disneyworld.  We got here yesterday and go home on Friday.  We are having so much fun right now! 

Since Liz is stuck in a conference today and tomorrow, the girls and I are flying solo during the day.  We spent the morning at the Magic Kingdom and plan to go back in the afternoon.  Our day has primarily been focused around meeting the princesses.  However, we managed to squeeze in a few rides too: Peter Pan's Flight (Meghan wasn't a fan), It's a Small World (Meghan LOVED it) and Mickey's Philharmonic (Meghan didn't like this one either).  Elise loved everything!

We also got to catch a street parade with several favorite characters featured.  Meghan was happiest when Woody and Jessie from Toy Story waved at her!

They're taking naps right now, and I'm trying to catch up on some work.  We're heading back to the Magic Kingdom later this afternoon and will stay until the park closes tonight.

Hopefully I'll get the chance to update this with pictures at least once a day.

We miss you Daddy and Freddie.  We love you so much!
